I have a 92 Honda civic hatchback with a ls vtec swap. The other day I parked it then I came back the next day and it wouldn't start I have no power to anything inside the car no radio, lights , heater, fuel pump . The only thing that comes on is the oil and battery light.but I found out today if I turn the key slowly I can get the radio to come on for a sec.i tryed anything I could think of replaced all the fuses checked all the fuse I check the radio fuse and it jumped. A lot like 6 volts to 10then 12volts.

As you can get it to work by tweaking the key, that means that the switch is bad.
