Civic Engine Trouble...Help!
I have been having trouble with a 1999 Civic EX manual transmission 173,000 KM. The car has been acting strange when I am driving above about 60 Km / Hour I will be pressing on the pedal at a constant level of pressure to keep the car at a steady speed then all the sudden the car will decelerate by as much as 10 km/ hour and I push a little harder on the pedal and the car will not begin to accelerate again unless I floor it and then it bucks and the engine surges and jerks alot. A Check Engine Light came on and I scanned the engine and it came back with the code PO132 which is an O2 sensor that is distributing a high voltage and I was told I will have to replace it. Do these symptoms look like it is the O2 sensor that is causing these problems? Please any ideas or input will help! Thanks!

Im also starting to think it may be the O2 sensor but maybe also a dirty fuel filter but I read somewhere civic fuel filters dont need to be changed Im not sure if thats true but am thinkin of just changing it either way
