If it is a 6th generation Civic, you may be able to pull a trouble code from the ECU. Has the D4 indicator light been blinking?

We just had a brake line overhaul last Friday. Car brakes perfect. Commingback on the tranny issue.I took a good drive last friday and the tranny didn't act up at all. One thing that I noticed when I pick-up the car was the engine light wasn't lit up anymore. (it was lit up before the brake job)
The shop probably dis-connected the battery and cleared the codes. I drives really nice compared to the other day when I posted this problem. I'll continue to drive it and let you know if the problem re appears.
I didn't noticethe D4 indicator light flashing becauseI drove itin the afternoon. I'll keep an eye out for that.

"Update"
I noticed after 1 month since this post that my 99' Civic does this "jerk" when the A/C is in operation. Once we switch it off it doesn't have this symthom. Funny, but we noticed this more after driving in different conditions.
If anyone has experianced / encountered this, please give some input.
