I assume you went from a 15B8 to a 16Z6 engine. If so, the 16Z6 ECU is expecting to receive a signal from the O2 sensor heater (separate from the O2 sensor itself), which is not available from O2 sensor wiring on the 15B8 engine. You will need 16Z6 O2 sensor and wiring to make the code go away.

The O2 sensor/connector that you now need looks like this:

So it looks like I will have to convert from sinle wire to four wire o2 sensor. Is there a "how to" on the wiring? What gain will I get if I get the P28, instead of running the p07?

I defer to Fiirkan and others on this question as they are more knowledgeable about these types of swaps.
