car wont start!

It seems very close the engine seemed as if it was going to turn on i could hear my exhaust almost rumble

now it says that the lug on the end or keeping it from being installed 180 wrong. is it possible i did? iv tried both ways

sorry, the spark yellow looking, no codes, and idk if the timing is off or not

Spark should be bright white. Weak yellow or orange spark may indicate a bad coil.

Does CEL work? Mechanical timing:

finally got it started!!!
now problem is it takes a little while to respond when i put the gas pedal down.
its not the cable because it reacts fine when i do it by hand. any ideas
thanks you've been a huge help

How did you get is started?

Does the CEL work?

Have you checked the ignition timing with a timing gun?

I just didnt mess with it for a while. then realized the firing order was wrong. set it up right. still wouldn't start. pressed the gas in a little, while turning key and it finally started.
how do i know if is working properly. (cel)
havent checked timing dont have a gun but will get one when store opens tomorrow.
also the mechanical timing may still be of never got aligned

When you turn the key to ON(II), the CEL should turn on and then off after 2 seconds, if no codes are thrown.
