if you are mech. inclined and know how to do it
pulll the head off and the oil pan unbolt the rod caps the the pistons will pull from the top. before putting the pistons back with new rings the cylinders need to be honed.

if you dont really understand or feel confident doing this then pull the head off and take the block to a engine shop and have them redo it for you. and also have the head milled before installing the new head gasket.
