Car idles fine, but from pullout to 3000 rpms it misses

well thanks for the help guys....at least i have somwhere to start....im going to do a tuneup today cuz it hasnt been done for about a year and 4 months, and ill go from there

Well I figured out my problem.....I went to put wires on today, and as i was doing it i inspected the old ones....i didnt realize that the metal on the inside of the wire for cylinder number four was actually staying on the plug when i would pull it out of the head....changed the wires...and now it runs perfect.....thanks so much for the help

About a week later, my car started doing the same thing again now its between 1000 rpms and 1500 rpms, its the same exact kind of miss, could i have gotten faulty wires????
