Default A/C, E-brake problems

First my A/C on my 98 civic only works on 3 & 4. going to change blower resistor see if that helps. Next had lines replaced and the system evacuated and recharged, works fine while accelerating but if idlng the motor jerks and car acts like its going to die. replacing A/C condensor fan, motor whole assembly. Next my e-brake light would flash off and on but now is constantly on. Any help with these matters would be greatly apreciated as I am a single mom of 2 who is learning how to take car of "manly" things myself.

I'm sorry to hear of your A/C issues. The e-brake on my civic comes on if my brake fluid is low. I'd check that first. That is easy to see. Of course, then the next question might be, what is causing the leak. Hope this helps.
