Default Bushing removal?

I am trying to change out the bushings that are out the lower end of the struts, on a 91 civic lx, they are the bushings that connect the strut to the lower arm just inward from the lower ball joint. How the *#!^ do you get the old ones out? There is an inner and outer metal sleeve on the bushings. The inner one came out but not the rest. I cannot get it to budge with a socket or punch.

Help please.

it has to be pressed otu or cut out... its VERY TIGHT!!!! and your new one has to be pressed in also, unless your using some poly urethane bushings that are 3 pieces. now those can be simply pushed in with some grease. but stock rubber bushings have to be pressed in with a press....

if you dont have a press i would suggest to just remove the whole LCA and take it to a auto shop with the new bushing and have them press the old out one and new one in for probably 20bucks. not sure how much they would charge i have my own press luckely.
