Default Battery placement

In doing the D16Y8 IM conversion, I'm in need of moving my battery, I've considered the trunk, but with the N2O bottle back there that doesn't leave much room. I've also considered building an open-top box for it and screwing it into the floor behind my seat. I don't wanna place it on the passenger's side bc of the RCA and speaker wire running down there. Anyone have a good idea for a spot to stick it?

The back or front of your wheel well in a box to prevent water from getting in.

You talkin' 'bout the car in your gallery? There's no bottle and little room for much else anyway, w/all the stereo stuff. But if it is the one your talkin' about, you should be able to fit a battery box on either the left or right side of those amps, depending upon where your bottle is. Would reconsider having the open box IN the car for safety reasons, if you have passengers often, or if you like your chair to have any kind of recline/slide room.

I haven't updated the gallery yet. There is a bottle there I assure you. Seat doesn't doesn't recline. There is a clear warning on the N2O install instructions warning about the bottle and line being near power sources.

Remmy I'm not sure that will fit after it is lowered this April...

trust me and the scars on my face! do not put the battery inside the car, especialy if you smoke... any time a battery is charging (like the whenever its running) there are gasses that vent out the top of the battery. once when jump starting a freind, as i wiggled the cable on the - side to check for good contact and boom!i had blisters on my eyes was blind for a week.. nasty
