Bad engine mount
I noticed this today and was wondering how bad I really need to replace it. The engine runs great and it does not vibrate badly or anything....
Figures I would ask incase this poses some hidden threat the could potentially damage something down the road....thanks!
The bad part I am referring to is the completely seperated rubber bumper as depicted in the picture below:

Which mount is it?
Engine mounts are generally pretty easy to replace (in the grand scheme of things, anyway). Over the past six months, I just replaced two in my wife's Mazda, two in the race car, and one in my old daily driver.
You basically just need to use a block of wood on your jack, then use it to support the engine from underneath while you unbolt the mount. They're usually attached with some high-torque bolts, so be sure to have some good six point sockets and a breaker bar handy. Then use a trustworthy torque wrench when you put them back in.
