alright i need help big issue

Default alright i need help big issue

alright almost nothing on my dash works now i have absolutly no water damge and this is the problem my gauges tachometer speedometer fuel gauge everything the only thing that works are the hazard lights and the light that tells you your brights are on these issus started occuring after i installed a nice audio system 2000 wat amp and two earthquake subzero 12's as well the rear instrument lights arent working i have already checked all of the fuses and even recharged the battery and even gotten a new one i have enve taken out the audio system but problem persists a friends father who is a machanic said it sounded and acted like a grounding problem some where also when i unlock/lock my car all of the lights work fine the bulbs and cauges backlights and so on i have a 1995 honda civic ex

also i apologize for my grammar but I'm really freaking out about this i have to drive with my hazards on

Start by double checking whether fuse 15 and/or 24 under the dash is blown.
