Default Alarm help

I have a Fusion alarm on my 94 hatch and it is curently dead weight cause whenever its plugged in it is going off i think i have traced the problem to the instant trigger ground input wire cause it is not connected to anything and i want to get it reconnected and working again.

Thanks

Sounds like an "instant trigger ground" wire would trigger when grounded (by a switch on the hood, etc), so if the wire is not used it should be left open. More likely your alarm box is just bad. You could try temporarily grounding the wire and see if that makes any difference.

Default wiring diagram

you can get a wiring diagram off their site for the alarams if you know how to wire then your set. http://www.fusioncaraudio.com If you can get me the specific model number I can get you the exact diagram or at least damn close to it.

usually the door pin so that once the door opens when armed it sets the alarm off instantly.

Door Trigger Light Green/Red (-) Driver's Running Board One of Two Wires test it with a test light first make sure its right, it should light up until you release the door pin. Once you let the door pin go the test light should go out.
