Default Adjusting Valves

Could you guys tell me a easy way of adjusting the valves on my car? If you could list specific tools used too? Thanks

You will need a new VC gasket and spark plug seals, Alltrade / Powerbuilt Valve Tappet Feeler Gauge Set 648393, and a Alltrade / Powerbuilt Honda Valve Adjustment Tool - 10mm Jam Nut 648827 (SOHC) and if you have a DOHC get the Alltrade 648828 12-Millimeter 7-1/2-Inch Jam Nut Valve Adjustment Tool.
