AC controls 93 civic..
alright so the light for the ac controls on my 93 civic lx is like really really low on half the strip. and a little bit brighter on the other side. im thinking some of the light bulbs went out or something...
and yesturday i was messing with it trying to take the controls out but i couldnt get em out. is there like a certain way to do it? i tried sticking screws around it and seeing if it would pop out after i took the little ***** out.... but still nothing lol
and i checked the DIY thread but the pics arent there anymore...
-THANKS!

There are two bulbs that illuminate the panel, one on each side. You need to take the panel out of the car to replace the bulbs. To remove the panel, take off the dash trim and remove your radio. Then reach up through the radio hole and unscrew the 3 screws that hold the panel in. I think those screws are black. There are other gold ones hold the panel itself together (do not remove those).

The plastic trim part that goes around the stereo and the heater control panel, the first thing you see looking at the dash. It has 4 screws, two at the bottom and one in the side at the top, the one on the right side you open the glove compartment to reach.
A pair of unlatching tools should have been included with your stereo.
