Maybe my ECU is faulty? Is there a way to check ?

The CEL never goes off, even when I am driving.

AGAIN, the CKF sensor not CKP sensor is under the timing belt cover, so you needlessly replaced a good CKF sensor.

Regarding CKP code P0335, you need to check the wiring before considering a bad ECU. Here's how to troubleshoot:
