Its funny you should say that b/c i was at my friends and he said the master cylinder might have an issue. Like pressure is still being ran on the clutch even though its not physically down on the petal the car still think it is. Either do to fluid error/problems or an actual defect in the part. I'm getting some good info on what to look for. I'll get the pictures if I kan.

Put it in one of the higher gears, like 3rd or 4th, clutch pedal not pressed, and rev the engine. If the speedometer goes up like the car is moving (though it is not), you have an axle problem. If it stays at zero it's a transmission or clutch problem.

In the latter case (speed stayed at zero), shift to reverse and see if the reverse lights on the back of the car come on. This is to check that the shift lever is still working the transmission like it should.

Ok, checked the speedometer, it stayed at zero. Check the Reverse lights, they are on.

At this point I'm thinking its the Master Cylinder (keeping pressure on the clutch internally) or WORSE CASE I simple have no clutch which means my clutch needs to be replaced and that just eats me up inside, it'd involve lifting the car and removing the transmission. I'm not sure what else it can be. There's not much of a transmission in a manual, just the clutch mostly. Is there a case were the transmission would need to be replaced?

I'm looking at the diagram and all i see inside is the clutch disc, pressure plate, and the throw-out bearing and of kourse the flywheel but i dont think its the flywheel.

Would my clutch going out make it possible to shift the gears without the clutch pedal being pressed down?

sounds like either the clutch disc is broken somehow or your clutch for some reason is always disengaged

How did this problem come about? Some background information might help pinpoint the problem to the clutch or transmission.

^agreed. I'd also like to see the condition of your shift fork...

Pull the rubber cover off and watch the lever on the slave cylinder. See that it moves when someone presses the clutch pedal. You can also open the bleeder (pedal not pressed) to be sure there's no pressure built up, though I've never heard of that happening.

If the clutch hydraulics are OK the next step will be to take the transmission out of the car to inspect the transmission and clutch.

Ok, I had someone press the clutch down while I watched the Slave Cylinder and it moved to the left pretty far so I assume the bar inside is pressing the plates inside as it should(right? learning as i go) that only leaves the clutch disc huh?

My stick IS shifting the gears, my speed stays at zero while in gear & gasing it(so its not my axles?right), I just checked my fluid reservoir in the Master Cylinder, it's full. Not sure about the bleed thing though the default pressure seems ok and my stick is still shifting without pressing the clutch pedal down

INFO: Just for info, when the Slave Cylinder moves the bar its touching on that leads to the inside of the Transmission, it presses the plat disc(clutch/pressure plate/flywheel) against each other right? Is it the throw-out bearing that gets moved via the Slave Cylinder which dominoes everything else?

Are you hearing any unusual noise with the engine running and the transmission in or out of gear? Otherwise, it's time to drop the transmission if you wish to figure out the problem.
