Default 98 dx sat 2 weeks now won't start

First post here. Hello. I have 210,000 miles on a very reliable ride. 8,000 mi ago my honda mech ckd head (was good),changed head gasket, timing belt, water pump, and thermostat. Wife has pretty much driven it every day since it was bought new. A few wks ago I had to do some body work. It had sat a couple of wks went to start it weak battery. Sounded like it was spinning with a different sound than normal when cranking. Got a new battery and while installing it blew the main fuse under the hood. Dumb me...I know. Got a new fuse. Still same funny cranking sound. Hadn't hit a lick. Fuel pump relay clicks twice. No spark at plug so I pull the coil and module from dist. Ckd coil at autozone. Bad coil. Replaced coil and rotor. Good spark now. No run. Shot with ether....not even trying to hit....Help.

PS ran code with my scanner after putting in battery and said bad O2 bank 1. I replace it every 75,000 mi or so....uh!!
Will this make it not run or just be in closed loop rich?

Check if timing belt is still in time. They can skip teeth. If that's OK, do a compression test. A bad O2 sensor will not prevent starting.
