Default '97 civic windshield washer motor/pump???

wipers work, but no washer ... reservoir is full ... both work off the same fuse, which is good ... any ideas??? I don't even know what powers the washer up to the windshield.

make sure it isn't clogged, hosses too. If that doesn't work follow the wiperfluid lines under the hood to a pump(?).

There is a small pump mounted to the side of the wiper fluid reservoir, so that's probably what's not working. Go have someone get in the car, then stick your ear down by the tank and have them hit the switch for the washer fluid. Listen for the pump noise. It should be pretty loud and high-pitched.
