Default 97 Civic LX ALTERNATOR FUSE KEEPS BLOWING!!

Hey I need some help I would appreciate any input. My alternator fuse keeps blowing (which one is it anyways, my buddy keeps changing it for me i never saw it??). I am not sure why this keeps occuring but i guess i got a short somewhere? is this a common problem? Please help.

If the fuse is #15, then you likely have a damaged engine wire harness that is causing an electrical short. This common problem as well as the location of the wire harness is described here:
