97 civic Ex. A/C problem
i have a honda civic 97, the a/c seems to be working fine when the car is running, but when it stops, pure air comes out, no A/C but when i run back again, it starts to work again, when the car is stop and the A/C is running the car seems to shake, is this normal or does it need freon?

nvm got it fix...this is something weird and stupid of me, just in case this might happen to anyone, i used to have fog lights on it, and i got a ground off the fan, well i took the lights off and forgot to tighten the bolt, i tighten good now, and its working fine, i am sorry for all this guys, but this might help someone just in case.

Yes what you described in the first post is what happens when the fan does not work.
Remember, if it gets cold once, that means you have enough refrigerant, don't add more. There aren't gremlins under the hood taking it out and putting it back while you're not looking.
