95' EX very sluggish acceleration-Bogging down

Umm.. new symptom that i just noticed is the upper radiator hose is bulging...related?

Also my friend moved the distributor back a little would that effect it?

^it could make it sluggish
check your timing and make sure its correct

I also had a real hard time removing the old rotor and had to hammer on it a lot and used a torch. Im wondering if maybe my distributor is bad. It idles fine. Its just slugish when you take off and it backfires a little
