95 ex B16, how do u get the alternator out????
I have the alternator completely unbolted and all the wiresalong with thebelt are disconnected but i cannot get the damn thing out. I was underneath the car trying to maneuver it out but it keeps hitting something or getting caught on somethingand will not come out. any tips would really be nice. thanks

Try moving it toward the center of the car and bring it out near the exhaust. If that doesn't work you'll need to remove one of the following:
Alternator mounting bracket -- This is the official way, but sometimes the bolts are really tight.
Left CV axle (pull out of transaxle, may not need to remove it completely from the hub)
Brake master cylinder (bring it out thru the top)

Just to reinforce what mk378 has already said, the service manual states that you may need to remove both the upper and lower mounting brackets (see picture).
