Default 95 civic - Idle issue

Ive got a 95 civic with power doors and windows. Every time i push the switch to roll my windows up, my RPM needle falls under 1000 RPM to where its about to die. Then when I release the window switch it goes back up to 1000 RPM or so. Anyone have any advice as to what this may be? Also, where should the needle be at while Im idle? In cold weather it seems to start at about 1500 RPM then slowly goes down to a little under 1000 RPM. In hot weather it does the opposite, it startsat 1000 RPM, then starts to fall to less than 500 RPM. Advice anyone?

it is normal in cold weather to have a faster idle ( higer rpm when car starts up but it should eventually drop down to normal idle after engine warms up a bit .. normal idle should be around 700-750 rpm in park or neutral..

You might to have the idle looked at 500 rpm is too low
..You are going to have some electrical load when you use the windows but idle should not drop ,, does the window go up and down smoothly ??

My driver window rolls up/down fine but my passenger window takes forever to roll up. Sometime sit just gets stuck and I end up having to guide it up with my hand as Im hittin the switch.

It appears that the car is unable to maintain proper system voltage. You may want to test whether the alternator is on the way out. If so, this problem could be exaggerating a separate issue with a somewhat sticky passenger window.
