Question 94 civic EX D15B7/D16Z6

hey, this shall be my first post,
this is my predicament.

i purchased a 94 civic ex that had a broken timing belt, got it for real cheap.
i got the head rebuilt and found a used D15B7 so i did a Mini-Me swap.
seemed like the best and lest expensive way to go.

i got the motor ready to go in, got new left and right side motor mounts to match the D15B7.

bolted all three motor mounts up BUT, the transmission side lower stabilizer mount doesn't line up. the transmission is about an inch to high, im not sure why.
there's no obvious signs that the car has been in an accident.
the timing belt side stabilizer mounts fits just about perfect.
i can tell the motor is sitting at an angle to the frame of the car and im pretty sure that's not correct.

what did i do wrong? is there something im missing??
does the D15B7 have some kind of a spacer that's supposed to go between the mount and the transmission?

any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
