I've got a 94 Civic EX, when cold, it starts and runs and drives fine. If I cut it off, half the time it won't restart. It sounds as if it's "loading up". It tries to start, but when I attempt to give it gas, it dies. When it cools off, all is fine and it starts right up. No driveability problems, it runs fine when it's running. No cel's are on... The guy I got it from says the cat is plugged. Anybody got any suggestions to what the problem is?
