Default 94 Civic DX w/ 1.5L auto having intermittant fuel pump operation

Stuck scratching my head on this on. I have a 94 DX with 1.5L automatic that has intermittant fuel pump operations. I've changed the relay and the pump with no prevail. It won't work in the morning when I try to go to work. However, when I get home I can hop in and as soon as I turn the key I hear the pump kick in and it starts right up without a hitch. I've pulled the pump to check connections thinking loose or bad connection but nothing. Since it's only in the morning this happens I was thinking may it could be due to condensation build up somewhere possibly. Anyone have a clue or idea?

so you replaced the main relay?
the problem i had was it would crank, spark, but no fuel.
you should hear that click every time as the check engine light turns out. if not, bad main relay.

The prime suspect is still the main relay (new parts aren't always good). When you turn the key on and the pump doesn't run, does the CEL cycle on and off like it would normally?

Default possibly fixed

originally I thought it could have been a faulty new relay but since it was only under certain conditions I ruled it out. since it would happen only in the morning I had to look at what was the same everyday. The morning dew and condensation on the vehicle was the only thing that was the same. Therefore I took all electrical points that could be affected and have placed a plastic bag over them to seal them. Every day I'd check to see if it would start after I bagged a component. The last one I tried was the under hood fuse box. When I went to check it this morning the pump kicked on and it started. I'm therefore looking into moisture causing a problem with the ecm fuse possibly. I only have 5min in the morning to mess with it at 6am so I'll have to see if it will still work the next few mornings. I have to be able to put a multi meter on it while it's not working so hopefully this weekend I'll have it fixed and let you know what it was. But as it stands I'm thinking the ecm isn't getting power so it won't send anything to the relay to power the pump. ECMs rarely go bad so not looking at that.

Default Ecm

Well it was the ECM! Changed the ECM with one out of junk yard and it starts up every time now.
