Default 93 civic tranny help

alright, so my civic needed a new throw out bearing.i went out an bought a competition stage one clutch an a competition fly wheel because i figure screw it im going to drop the trans well i might as well change the clutch/flywheel.ok so im done with the clutch everything's bolted back up an the friggin thing sounds about the same as it did before maybe a little different.still sounds like the bearing is out witch leads me to believe that it wasn't the throw out bearing but maybe something internal. any ideas on i already knew the trans was in ehh condition but an second gear likes to pop out if im going kinda slow.but still it sounds like crap!!!!!!!...any ideas?

well then it seems that you may have a bad bearing in the trans.

internally?because as far as throwout bearing goes and or that little bearing that goes in the flywheel well their brand new

im about 98% positive it had nothing to do with my install because it sounds about the same before the new clutch/flywheel but its just like a throw out bearing would sound push the pedal down the sounds goes away let your foot off the pedal the sound comes back...odd

yes internally. how long has 2nd gear been like that? eventually it wont stay in at all then 3rd will go and then 4th. i would keep an eye out for a new trans.

$350 for a civic trans is a little pricey... i get them for 150$.. i just got a complete manual swap everything included for 150$ for my sedan.
