Let me start by saying the car has 225,000 miles on it. Engine starts and runs if you keep your foot on the pedal. It takes about 5 min. to warm then it will idle. The owner before me turned the idle screw up to keep it from stalling. When I lower the idle it of course stalls. Any suggestions? I would also like to remove any and all unnecessary vacuum hoses or emission controls since they are no longer needed.
