Default 6 cylinder, seafoam ok?

my friends car needs a lot of help. I think he should run seafoam through it. But on there site they say to use it on 4 stroke engines. Would it work on a 6 cyl? If not why?

it should be fine as the v6 is also a fourstoke motor...i would just be careful of how many miles are on it cause ive herd that it can be harmful to high milage motors but ive not seen any concrete proof of that

I've used it on a 8 cyclinder truck. Lots of smoke. Lots of mileage. Idles like a civic and performs like tank.

Most car engines are 4 stroke....A 6 cylinder engine is a four stroke.
