I've been racking my brain as to why my fog lights stopped working. I hooked them up right and they worked all through summer and finally crapped out around January. I remember it was a warm day in January so I went to wash my car and I'm pretty certain they stopped working around that time. I'm up in Canada so being cold outside I haven't gotten around to looking at them until now since it's warmed up.

I went through all the connections to make sure they're still secure and nothing came loose but that didn't fix the problem. I changed fuses. Basically, when you push the fog light button nothing happens. No indicator on the instrument panel goes on, nothing happens.

I thought that maybe they're burned out but I didn't use them long so could that be a possible reason and if so for those of you who had burned out fog lights did the light on the instrument panel still go on?

Any ideas?
