My 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid engine quit on the highway this morning. Last night the low fuel light was on and no bars displaying on the gas tank gauge. Thinking we were out of gas, we filled the tank, but still no fuel level display.

Then this morning on the highway the engine lost power and quit on the highway. It will start, but immediately dies.

Not sure if there is any connection, but that's what we saw. The car has about 169,000 miles. I bought it about a year and a half ago and it's been a great runner since then. The battery pack shows that it is full.

Ideas?
