When I push the button on the drivers side to unlock the doors, none of the other doors unlcok or lock. I can hear hear the lock/unlock mechanism in the other doors but there just does not seem to be enough power to get engage/disengage the locks. Any thoughts?

well id say either the motors are broken off or bad relay unit if your hearing the noises.
thing to do is pull the door panel off and look at the lock motor itself to see if its moving freely or doing nothing or broken.

and on a side note... your hiting the lock button with the door closed right? because i know the drivers door WILL NOT LOCK with the door latch open! door must be either closed or you holding the interior door handle open... at least my old 94civic was that way. i cannt remmeber how my 99ex was.

 

Is manually locking/unlocking the passenger doors difficult? If not, you may have three bad lock actuators.
