Default 1996 Civic Coupe EX Keyless Entry

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know if it is possible to program a used keyless entry fob bought on ebay? I bought my Civic a couple of years ago but it didn't come with the fob.

Thanks.

yes you can, just make sure the fob has the same FCC Id that the receiver (stock radio) has
The FCC ID of my '96 EX coupe is A269ZUA102

hope that helps

Yeah, as long as you don't have an aftermarket stereo.
