I have a 1995 hatch i bought with aftermarket headlights on it.....and some weird wiring of course not stock. But I finally got it on the road yesturday and last night had the headlights on and it seemed well like they where not on you could hardly see a difference but they where definately on. and when the high beams on they seem to be my regular lights....what might be some areas to check for this particualr problem ??

What should i start doing since this is a big problem.....

 

take pictures of wiring, headlights, low beams, and high beams.
