yes i changed the bushings ... already.. still sloppy, going to try the new shifter.
Here is my shifter problem in detail...
when you put the car into gear (any gear, even reverse) the shifter moves left to right as if it were still in neutral.
Has anyone here successfully fixed this issue, I think i may star a new specific thread for this.
UPDATE: I found this.. https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...=loose+shifter
Im going to try "It's probably the shifter dust seal B and the shifter ball seat, Honda part numbers 54115-SH3-000 (11 on diagram) and 54110-SH3-003 (8 on diagram), respectively. Replace those and use some white lithium grease while doing so, and your shifting should get a lot smoother. I had this problem and this fixed it."

i agree. its as though im always in neutral. let me take a look @ this thread u posted. the only thing i miss about my mustang was the precision of the steeda shifter.
okay! looked @ the thread and the seal and seat couldnt possibly be the source of my problems. it feels really bad. only thing about my civic that is disappointing. anywho, anybody have any other ideas for me or jayde?
