I REALLY REALLY NEED HELP

i have just taken out a19901.5 literengine with throttle body injection this honda is also a hatchback 4 speed base modeland iswapped that engine with a 1991 civicsi engine withnormal fuel injection.everything is on there just fine escept for i had to buy a wiring harness and ecu for it and i put them in. but for some reason the electricity is not right. i took a test light to testfor electricity and found it evrywhere butthe injectors there was no electricity.then i turned off the car and turned it on again andtried the test light again and found electricity all over the engine andtransmission and one of my ground wires started to smoke.if anyone has any idea of what i did wrong or what i can do to make it right please let me know ASAP
