1988 LX sedan

1988 LX sedan
After a -30F night with even worse winds, my car wouldn't start.
As I am no mechanic, I'll try to explain it the best I can:
1) Battery has a good charge.
2) Alternator is new.
3) I can hear the fuel pump engage when I put it in the "on" position.
4) Starter turns over but doesn't seem to create a spark.
5) I changed the spark plugs and ignition wires and car still doesn't start.
6) It has run rich since the day I got it.
7) It has a half a tank of gas, the other half drove the car fine, so I don't think it's bad gas (BP).
8) 150,000 miles..
What do you guys think? I originally thought a sensor or something, maybe the fuel line. As I said, I'm no mechanic, that's why I'm here! In reference to the other thread, I hope it's not the igniter or coil..
Thanks for the help in advance.
