'05 Civic DX - Starting 'issue'?
Hey all, new to the forum. I just bought an '05 Civic DX, and am a new Honda owner, so bear with me. I read in the 'Quick Start Guide' that occasionally starting the car will be more difficult (i.e., need to be cranked more) because the computer is checking emissions upon startup. I've had it a week, and twice now it's taken probably about 3-5 seconds to start (normally it almost instantly turns over, no problems), and once it cranks, all is well. Needless to say, the hesitation starting worries me when it happens.
My question is...is this common, is it the computer simply checking emissions (so I shouldn't worry...), or is there possibly something more serious?

ORIGINAL: bolts
Actually the tank was very near full. Both instances, once it did start, I shut it off and started it again with no hesitation.
