Default 02 low voltage sensor

what's up people, I have a 99 civic ex coupe, I had problems with the cat converter and sensors, so I replace the cat and bought two new sensors at the local parts store, everything is fine, with the exception that I get the Engine Light On, and tells me is the l02 low voltage sensor, what do I need to do for this to go away?

What specific CEL code? Primary or secondary sensor?

Start by checking the O2 sensor wires for an open or short.
