I know it is FWD but the new SI has LSD so you may wanna go drive one of those. I drove a new EX and it felt just as quick as a 99/00 EM1 SI with 20 less hp. Just a thought

 

id like to get behind the wheel of a new Si cuz i hear they feel like twice the EM Si.

i like the chrysler 300c idea. its really not that big of a car...it just looks big cuz its a block with wheels...but in reality the wheel base isnt much bigger than ur average street car.

PS, a 3-seres would be nice, although I'm partial with the 5er. What gen will you be looking at? Just so you know BMWs require a decent amount of maintenance, compared to a civic, or any honda for that matter. They are known for cooling system issues (waterpumps are likely to fail every 80k miles or so, as well as thermostat, and radiator necks crack sometimes). Also some E36s and E46s had a major problem, where subframe would rip off of the body - I had a video of this before and it's just scary. I don't think this includes M3s, because they have more reinforcements in such spots.

go for an EVO of if you can find like an 04/05 STI. i personnaly hate the looks of the new STIs. but an EVO would be awesome. i saw a black one yesterday and it looked so nice

 

Got that right! Even though it's not very common, it's not unheard of. And it only applies to the 3-series, mostly E46 models (2000-04)

 

VWs got nothing on that.

 

i also like Evo's, but if i were you i wouldn't really be very picky, and Amanda if your anything like me then you also like the STi's, i would buy one, and it would be a hard decision between an EVO and an STi. but in the end it is your money, and your decision. i say go with your gut. sorry that you had to sell the SI, but hopefully it is in good hands still

 

I know the advantages of the evo over the sti but I myself if I was looking at these 2 cars would go for a slightly used STI because I simply like the way they look better.
