So, I read this and thought OK, that sucks. Been there, done that.
Then I saw your picture, and looked at my road rash, and lol'd. a lot.

Ha- dont.
That is not a bike for rookies. I've spent my fare share of time on bikes. Hayabusa's simply scare me. They are 1200CC of pure evil. This is a bike that older bikers are afraid of. No ****. We simply call it rolling death. Usually bought by young, skinny *** kids who have no realization of the true skill it takes to keep that bike on the road. It has no real turn in. Everything on that bike is full commitment. Any hesitation will drop you. If you really want a bike, start on a 250. Not kidding, not being coy, not being an ***. No one will clown on you for having such a bike. Most will actually respect you for being on a bike thats very forgiving. After wrecking my 955, I refuse to get a big bike again. A 600 is more than enough bike.
And before someone says that I'm taking this too serious - blow a duck. I've seen way too many kids dies on those things. I use to belong to a car club, and watched some guys get some big bikes just to out drive themselves. I really don't want to see this happen to anyone on here, ya know. If your going to try a bike, start right. Start small.
