When did you realize...?

RE: When did you realize...?
My interest in cars came along Junior year of high school in my first year of auto shop. It turned out that i was really good at it, so i stuck with it. Now im like the biggest car geek your gonna find. I do my own oil changes, but the stuff thats broken on my car requires tools i don't have (air tools) so until i get those, i can't really start working on my car. I gotta change the suspension + steering rack, but i am also trying to save up for a GSR swap and i'm half way there. This summer should actually be pretty cool cause im gonna build up that GSR assuming i can get the money to buy it.

RE: When did you realize...?
I was born with a wrench in my hand it seems. I can remember being like 3/4 years old and helping my dad work on his bike and a old 56 GMC truck we had. I love working on cars and if I could make decent money at it I would do it for a living.

I never really got "into" cars until I bought my Honda, I owned Jeeps before that, and the only thing I would have done to that was lift it (if it didn't have 170k on it). But with the Honda there is almost endless possibilities.

RE: When did you realize...?
i have always been into car, but more expensive exotic cars...then when this guy that works with my parents started fixing up his car i wanted to do the same, so when i got my permit i started ricing out my sunbird...then i kind fingerd out how bad it started to look so i got rid of that when it blew a head gaskit and got my civic less then a year ago and joined this forum to realize HOW i should fix it up...my car has taking over my life and all my money now
