The truck looks to be making the left hand turn with the oncoming traffic from both directions stopped...which explains the ?Chrysler? (amazing how you can tell!!!) sitting at a stop, bout to make a lefty. The only thing I can really see is that if the silver car in front of both of ya slammed on his brakes...remmy would be paying some bills!!!
