What would you rather have gs or gs-t

RE: What would you rather have gs or gs-t
id like proof of that...as i am very familiar with the 420a, and my buddy has one with a 75 shot into the CAI, quaiffe lsd, stage 4 race clutch...all on a fully rebuilt engine, and while it runs high 14s, it wont reach 145mph, especially in a hurry...

I would not buy either one.
I am a big fan of the 1st gen cars in other words the REAL DSM's. Hunt down a 92 Eclipse GSX or GS-T. They dont weigh as much plus it has one of the best 4 cyl. engines ever produced allready in it. You can get a bigger downpipe, charge piping, upgrade the intercooler, and up the boost all on a piggy back and see 300whp with no problem at all. The only truely bad issue's with the Mitsu's I have noticed is the crank walk issues but that is there in the 2nd gen gs-t's also. A side note for Patrick, the 2nd Gen Spyders that were N/A did not have the 420a in them, they had a DOHC version of the 4G64

i know..but with the proper build, the 420a is no slouch..but that goes for any motor.
here is a build 4g64..out of a stratus..it has had a little work done...

Actually, another guy I knew, had a gs, and claimed to take it to about 160mph on this long highway out here called 5. Said he got to Sac from Livermore in about a half hour. And My Hidden Romance, wat made you want a Mitsu? JW. Let us know what you do!

RE: What would you rather have gs or gs-t
The GS's are pigs with little to no power. Nothing put out by Mitsu is anywhere near fast w/o a snail on it. N/A the 2.0's and 2.4 would do good to hit 170whp with a full build. My buddy has a 00 eclipse and my 98 civic pulled 2 cars on him to 60 before I swapped or anything, no bolt ons, no performance parts at all. Then my car pulled like a 16 second 1320 so you know it is slow if I pulled 2 cars by 60
