i have to everyday, ppl at my work act like Honda is a foreign word and makes no sense

 

Who the hell AutoX's a friggin 300?!? that is awesome, i would have loved to see what it was capable of. I'd still rather have a Bentley, if i was going for that huge, luxury look

 

im also a member of www.bonnevilleclub.com and they all talk about the same stuff you all do here. post pics of the drunkin night before, check out this pic. or the ones i hate (most comon post) can i supercharge a n/a motor?? . other then that just about every forum i have ever been to is all the same.

 

forty04, it was supposed to be a "controlled test drive" through an autoX course...when i got in, the ride along guy told me that i could do whatever i wanted...."the track is yours"...at times, it was more drifting than autoX...and I did get a little too deep into one of the turns and knocked a few cones over, but how many times will i get to take a 50k luxury car and beat the crap out of it?!? if we had gotten there earlier, i could have also done it in a new Charger RT, and SRT4, an SRT8 magnum, as SRT6 crossfire, and a hemi jeep...but when we got there, the lines were so long, that we waited 35 minutes to get to drive the 300.

for the record, the pictures that i have of the SRT8 300..they do still have the "C" on the side badging...


the oe that i drove looked just like this one..and let me do some hunting..i have pictures of the test drive day

o I just did the certification DVDs and the first one all they kept talking about was the SRT-8 300 and they showed the rear badging which was just a SRT-8 badge and the just called a SRT-8 300 so I pretty much assumed it wasnt a C

on the left side, you will see the The "Pride, People & Products" click on that...

in there, there are pictures of a professional drift display with a viper..a crossfire...a few srt10 rams, an SRT4...a porsche...a 300...and then on the third or so page there are pictures of the course and such...

for those of you who care, there are also a ton of pictures of the last 3 NAIAS...

kevin, about the badging, the rear only says SRT8...but the letter series of the 300s have always included all high end models...since its still a hemi, just a bigger one with more power, i guess they included it in the letter series as well
