what kind of cars do you like, of the sport compact variety other than hondas?

me personally i like the first generation pontiac vibes. my friend bought, a one 5spd and it was just a bare bones model with manuel windows and locks. the car was slow stock and had no power in the upper rpm range. it had the 1zz? 130hp toyota engine. my friend bought a borla cat baack and a aem short ram for it (for a matrix) and it gave it so much more torque and upper rpm power. we would cruise all the time and spank the ricers because they didn't know it was a toyota with bolt-ons. much fun cruisin

 

nissan 240sx's are one of my favorites

 

lets see. AE86 GT-S, celica all trac, E30, mr2, mrs. IDK if you consider these compacts, but nissan 240sx, 300zx

 

i had a 87 toyota corolla fx-16 it had the mr2 motor 1.6 16 valve auto

 

240 sx, probe(if you sonsider it a compact),focus... much more, cant name off the top of my head!!!

I have a weak place for some Mitsu's and I like Sentra's.

 

same here, in fact I almost bought an SE-R before I got my civic. But I read in a few different places that they dont stand up well to prolonged "hard driving." Considering 75% of driving could be considered "hard," I didnt think it was my best option...

I also dig the 240sx, 300zx, Mr2, older M3's, and the AE86's
