And superfly, there's four reasons I got rid of the civic.

1) I wanted a manual rwd car
2) I thought an h22 swap and 5-speed conversion seemed like too much work
3) I told myself I'd keep the stang stock, saving me money in the long run (lol we can all see how that's working for me)
4) At the time, I lived with my parents (this was before I went to college), and my dad made me sell the civic because he didn't think I'd be able to afford two cars. At one point (for about 3 months), I had the stang, the civic, and the bike.

 

Its said that you trade in your civic for a rustang. If I were you living at home with parent, I would have trade my civic for a supra tt in a heart beat. I am station in germany and of all the people that brought over there rustang, they can't keep up with all the car driving on the autobahn. My civic driving on the autobahn top speed is 220kmh=136mph, but I had it up to 200kmh=124mph on my speedometer.

i still don't get it. I don't mind those things that much, I just deal with it. Plus, this thing isn't too bad about understeer, the rear end barely weighs anything so it's turn happy.

 

Have you not driven a RWD car? You don't think that RWD is more fun? you truly believe that RWD=FWD?

I'm assuming the latter, in which case i disagree with you completely and wholeheartedly

 

I have driven RWD cars. I like FWD just fine. My del Sol handles pretty decent IMO and I don't have a problem with it. Now if I had stock shocks and springs it would be a completely different story, it would handle like ***.
