okok heres the whole story..

my friend told me that if i helped him sell this system, i would get half the money.. i said ok, easy 50 bucks for posting an ad on craigslist.. we sold it, i later found out that it was reported stolen out of a mutual friends car. i dont rly care, i diddnt take it out and i diddnt report it, i just posted an ad and got 50 bux.... i was never charged there for im not a felon... anything else? i mean you just randomly start **** with me, edit my sig to say felon, post pictures of me, and i never did anything to you, i mean to me, it sounds like you are riding my nuts for something, may i ask what that is?

you helped in the sale of a good that was technically stolen according to the records.
You would be convicted therefore you are a felon because you commited a felony. If i were to report this to the insurance agency i'm sure they would prosecute, and you would be convicted.

99.99% chance that even if caught, he would never be seen as a felon. If he has nothing big previously on his record, the courts would make him pay a fine, and do community service and serve a deferred sentence. The courts now days just want your money, not your time in jail.

Just stating for argumental purposes, not backing anyone up. You KNOW I hate a thief just as much as you.
