how are you gonna get the new EG lower than the old one wont you be rubbing up front really bad?
ive never understood how you can tuck tire up front and still turn

Camber kit + more negative camber. Obviously if I want to go that low, getting uneven tire wear* isn't a huge concern for me.

Also, you pull out the front fender liners and roll the front fenders. And slightly stretched tires help.

*I know this sounds like I'm contradicting myself because I always say camber doesn't cause tire wear. Well, that's true, camber doesn't cause tire wear when it's not excessive. But to tuck the front tire like I want to, I'm going to need excessive camber. Think -4 degrees or more.

*ninja: also, I never said the new civic won't rub. It's going to rub like a son of a b*tch, I'm perfectly well aware of it and I have no problems with it.

Yeah, you can only go so far before rubbing becomes imminent. Where I had my civic was about as low as I could go (with 17" wheels with a +45mm offset) without rubbing, and even then I rubbed both the lip of the fender and the inside of the wheel well going around really sharp turns (like at intersections) when bumps or small hills were involved and over speed bumps. With my next civic, I'll be getting 15x7's with probably something along the lines of 195/50-15 tires. Even with the camber I plan on running, I'm still expecting to rub all the time. I figure if I have an underpowered FWD car, I might as well make it into a lowrider since it's obviously not going to be as fun as a powerful RWD car, right?

So whatcha get? FMIC? Manifold?

Psh, build projects. Everyone knows I don't go into the project section except to update my project lol... I actually should probably start looking into peoples' projects a little more.
